A cut-out wolf facing forward (approximately 240 mm tall) is placed into an envelope with a window and covered with a cover depicting "a wolf disguised as a rabbit removing its rabbit mask." When the envelope is opened while the cover is still in place, a rabbit appears instead of the wolf. Has the wolf really disguised itself as a rabbit? Repeating the trick, the audience might start to suspect that the wolf and rabbit designs cleverly use the fact that the front of the card is the wolf while the back is the rabbit. They might ask to see the back of the wolf. However, the magician evades this request by flipping the wolf up and down, turning around, and dodging the question. Finally, when the magician reluctantly shows the back of the wolf, it is revealed that instead of a rabbit, the back of the wolf shows the wolf's own back!
The set includes two cards, a special envelope and a cover paper.
