This trick is the commonly known as "McDonald's Four Aces."
The magician pulls four Aces from a deck and arranges them face up on the table. He places three cards on each of these cards, creating four piles. He takes the pile with the Ace of Diamonds into his hands and mysteriously turns the Ace into another card; he then does the same with the remaining three piles. When he turns over the cards of the pile with the Ace of Spades, its four cards turns out to be four Aces - including the three Aces that had just disappeared!
