The magician shows a black case shaped like X, containing five black dice. Each die has a different number on the top face (for example, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5). The magician then asks the audience which number is missing, to which the answer is, of course, 6. The case is closed, and another die is placed in a cup and shaken. When the cup is opened, the rolled die shows a 6. But the most surprising part is when the case is reopened, revealing that all the dice inside now show the number 6 on the top face!
