This is an easy and fun card packet trick that can be performed in front of a large number of people at parties and on stage. The magician takes out 4 cards and puts them in a hat (or a paper bag, or a box). Say, "I will test the accuracy of your memory. Please memorize the 4 cards I have put in this hat." Take out the cards one by one and have the audience memorize them. Say, "I am going to remove one card" and put 1 card in your pocket. Ask the audience, "What are the 3 remaining cards?" Have the audience say out loud what the 3 cards are. Say, "Sorry, you are all wrong." Take out the three cards from the hat and they have turned into blank cards. The audience is perplexed when they examine the blank cards and also the card that was placed in your pocket and finds that there is nothing suspicious.
